Member Education Coordinator - National
(Fixed term part-time position – 20 hours per week)
Surf Life Saving New Zealand is currently looking to employ a Member Education Coordinator. This position is based in the national office in Wellington, reporting to the National Education Manager.
This position is fixed term as it is back-filling the current job holder who is trialling a flexible working arrangement. The purpose of this role is to provide and coordinate support to the education team.
The Member Education Coordinator will assist with course coordination, planning and logistics for nationally run courses, as well as provide advice and technical support to clubs around database, website, awards and courses.
Effective communication skills both written and oral and a commitment to a high standard of customer service are essential for this role.
Surf Life Saving knowledge and experience along with broad experience dealing with clubs would be an advantage, though not compulsory.
