What You’ll Be Doing
You'll manage Board and committee meetings from agenda prep to minute-taking, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets constitutional and policy requirements. You’ll coordinate national governance activity, track actions and deadlines, and maintain accurate records across policies, risks, and reports. This role is also hands-on, managing governance calendars, supporting the CEO and helping to coordinating events like the AGM.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in governance or executive support
- Deep understanding of governance, policy, and risk frameworks
- Excellent written communication and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and governance systems
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and initiative
