Surf Life Saving New Zealand (SLSNZ) is at the forefront of beach and coastal safety, dedicated to preventing drowning and keeping Kiwis safe in the water. As a not-for-profit with a rich history dating back to 1910, our incredible volunteers save lives and provide essential rescue services across Aotearoa. Our vision is simple: No one drowns at the beach in Aotearoa NZ.

As the GM People & Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in transitioning our HR function into a dynamic, future-focused People and Culture capability. You'll shape our organisational culture, drive people strategies, and support leadership to foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment. Your expertise in compliance, organisational development, and people leadership will ensure our team continues to thrive as we work together to achieve our mission.
